This comes amid controversy over President Trump's remarks on needing foreign talent, despite recent H-1B visa fee hikes. ​"Why are we importing any human being that is adhering to Sharia law which is totally contrary to the Constitution. We can amend the bill but I am going to introduce a framework why don't we just freeze immigration entirely until we sort this crap out," he said.
